Cinballera Entertainment is a registered 501C3 non-profit performing arts company based in San Diego. Closing out our 2nd season, we are planning a main-stage double bill at the Wilson Performing Arts Center.

As is the case with all performing arts companies, large and small, ticket sales cover only a fraction of production costs. Without donors, sponsors, grants, and other fundraisers, the classic arts would cease to be preserved. Our goal is to raise $5000 to supplement our production costs.

We started this company two years ago, sisters who were 21 and 18 years old. We wanted a place to showcase our love for these two art forms, presenting our original ballets and chamber operas as well as performing the classic works. We wanted to do all this with a classy Old Hollywood inspiration, making artistic shows which people of all ages could enjoy. There were no existing outlets for this creativity, so we had to start our own company.

Our biggest hope is to sell out our shows! Since our first production, we’ve been very proud of the quality we put onstage; the challenge is just getting people in the audience to see that. Of course, we also dream of having more sponsors, donors, and grants to support our endeavors, since we fund at least 75% of the production costs out of our own incomes. We’ve been non-profit since January 2024. If we have more funding, we can keep expanding and putting on bigger productions.

With your help, we can pay for more marketing to fill our audiences, rent bigger theaters, hire more performers, and keep bringing our art to the stage!
