I have been blessed to have that friend walking beside me for the last 35 years. Since we met at 14 years old, there has been no situation, no place, and no time that could part us.

My best friend Christy has one of the biggest hearts I know, the brightest smile you’ll ever see, and when you meet her, she makes you feel like you’re the most important person in the room. She is always finding ways to connect people, to help them, and to encourage them even as she herself is in dire need of help right now.

She’s a wife and mother to a blended family of 7 children who love her dearly.

She’s spent years building a company that raises funds for those trying to adopt, which later turned into a successful fundraising company.

Over the last couple of years, her health has declined, necessitating selling her business. And now she faces the most challenging battle of her life as she waits for a liver transplant.

If you know Christy, you know she is always the giver, the helper, the supporter, and now I am asking for help and support for her and her family in their time of need as we raise funds to help with medical costs related to her transplant need.
