Hi everyone, my name is Chidera Ibewuike.

I was born and raised in Nigeria as the first daughter of six children. I’ve always had a strong passion for helping others, which led me to pursue a career in the healthcare field. I’m a certified nursing assistant, a phlebotomist, an emergency medical technician, and a combat medic in the U.S. Army. I also graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Medical Biology. Currently, I’m working towards my dream of becoming a licensed physical therapist—a path that will allow me to continue making a difference in people’s lives on a larger scale.

While I’ve worked hard and taken every opportunity to fund my education on my own, the financial demands of tuition, books, clinical fees, and living expenses have become overwhelming. Despite working multiple jobs and serving in the Army, it’s been tough to keep up with the increasing costs.

This GoFundMe is to help cover the expenses necessary for me to complete my physical therapy program.
