Back in September last year, after 3 years of surgeries and various types of treatments, Chelsie’s blood tests came back positive for cancer after two negative results, marking it as another recurrence. After more CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds, it was determined that her cancer had continued to spread to many lymph nodes, 4 in particular that were very concerning.
While she has already undergone several rounds of different chemotherapies, immunotherapy, and multiple surgeries, we’ve also been focusing on holistic treatments like Ozone therapy, Supplements, Nutrition, and infrared saunas to support her body in its healing process. But now, to give Chelsie the best possible chance, we’re turning to RGCC's Supportive Oligonucleotide Technique (SOT) and Vaxo-Q-Re.
SOT uses synthetic DNA/RNA strands to target and repair genetic issues, helping to enhance the body’s ability to heal and combat disease.
Vaxo-Q-Re is a holistic treatment that blends ancient healing principles with modern science, aiming to restore balance in her body and support her immune system in the fight against cancer.
Vitamin C treatments, continued supplements, ozone therapy, and other minor treatment options will all be part of this daily extreme fight to help Chelsie’s body stay strong and combat this aggressive cancer.
The cost of these treatments, along with the travel of 4 separate trips to Grand Junction, is significant – $7,000 for SOT and $15,000 for Vaxo-Q-Re, with total expenses including travel, supplements and IV treatments ranging from $20,000 to $35,000 over the coming months.
We began treatment in February, and while we're unsure how we'll manage the financial burden, we know we have no choice—and we trust that with your support and God’s guidance, we'll find a way.
We are nearing the 4-year mark in May and have been so thankful for everyone who has continued to pray and support us during this time. If you feel called to help, we are truly grateful for any and all support. You can use this GoFundMe or send payments directly through Venmo to avoid the processing fees that this platform takes- @ChelsieBlancas.
Our greatest hope is to have Chelsie with us for many more years, watching our three beautiful girls – Tesla, Nova and Zerah – grow up. We are deeply grateful for any support you can offer, whether through contributions, sharing our campaign, or simply keeping us in your thoughts and prayers.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your love, support, and kindness during this time.
With gratitude,
Isaac

SOT
Supportive Oligonucleotide Therapy (Q-REstrain) targets specific genes within cancer cells, microorganisms, and viruses to inhibit their growth or survival. By utilizing small oligonucleotide molecules, Q-REstrain aims to disrupt key genetic signals responsible for promoting disease progression. It starts with a process of finding the appropriate genes to be silenced. Once the genes are targeted, the genes are validated with high specificity, after which the therapeutic molecules are designed to specifically target RNA sequences associated with disease-causing genes, minimizing the risk of off-target effects. When oligonucleotide complementary to the mRNA for a specific region of this gene is created, it is known as Antisense therapy. It is a form of Q-REstrain, utilizes oligonucleotides to silence genes essential for cancer cell proliferation or inhibit the expression of anti-apoptotic proteins.
Clavic-Q-R-E
Clavic-Q-RE is an adoptive cell therapy aiming to generate a robust anti-tumor immune response. Clavi-Q-RE contains different cell populations, isolated by the patient’s sample. They include monocytes, natural killer cells, as well as dendritic cells that are already activated in vivo against tumor antigens, which are expressed on cancer samples, cytotoxic T lymphocytes, and plasma cells that have been already differentiated in vivo against tumor antigens. Once activated, these immune cells effectively target and eliminate cancer cells expressing specific antigens.
Antibodies produced by plasma cells play a crucial role in marking cancer cells for destruction by phagocytes or complement proteins, bolstering the body's natural defense mechanisms against cancer.
