Chef Oscar Victoria, our beloved Executive Chef, friend, drinking buddy, has recently left us. Oscar was known for his amazing food, and for his dedication to his art. He will always be known for loving his staff as his own and calling his kitchen a home. It is said that a professional kitchen is the last refuge of the misfit. A place for people with a past to find a new family. Chef Oscar was a true people’s champion. He will forever shine through us. We have set up a fund for the family to cover any medical expenses and funeral costs. Thank you.
