If you know Chase, you know that asking for help isn’t something he would choose to do. He needs our help now more than ever.

Chase, unfortunately, has had some complex events in his life. Since Dec 20th, Chase has endured two strokes, two surgeries, 2 ER visits, three rehabilitation visits, and a house fire.

Yes - all of that happened. Here’s the timeline:

Dec 18th - Stroke #1

Dec 20th - Stoke #2

Dec 21st - Surgery and Rehab

Dec 24th - Electrical house fire in his Tomah home

Dec 21st - today Rehabilitation

Given all of this and his use of insurance, he still faces significant out-of-pocket expenses. His health insurance deductibles ($5000/yr) for 2024 and 2025 and his home insurance deductible of $1000 are substantial. Moreover, these policies may not cover all the costs associated with his recovery and home restoration.

This $11,000 total does not consider refurnishing his home and the new home handicap accessible requirements.

Today, Chase is learning to walk, talk, stand, and be independent.
