We responded to an urgent Facebook post about a kitten trapped in a storm drain northeast of Patterson Park on November 13th.

Initially, the kitten ate on the first night but began starving himself. Three vet appointments and a week of syringe feeding later, he has begun eating ravenously on his own today! We suspect bacteria from the stagnant water and rotting material down there affected his digestive system poorly.

With our boy on the upswing, we wanted to see if we could offset some of the costs of his rescue. We've decided to shoulder most of the costs since we're adopting him, but would appreciate any donations to offset the costs of saving him.
