Howdy some you know me as Chad or Bill. I have been dealing with medical issues since the start of the year. It started with side pain in my left flank and it has gotten worse in the months since. I started physical therapy in July and had minor improvements. In late August I slipped and fell down my stairs, landing on my problem area and making things worse. Now I've had to go on medical leave from work until December and have no income while all this is remains unresolved.

I wish I knew more about what is causing me pain and now mobility issues but every Doctor and Physical therapist has been left scratching their heads. In October I have an appointment with a spinal and nerve specialist, and I have high hopes we can figure this out.

Its been incredibly difficult to let myself ask for help, but after nearly 10 months of this I have very few options left but to ask for help.
