Hi, my name is Chad and this was me after being hit by a truck while riding my bike, requiring brain surgery.

I haven’t been able to work since June and have no other source of income. I don’t know what else I can do except for this.

I live in a van and really just need help to survive. If there’s anything you can do to help me, I would really appreciate it. I’ve never had to do this before and I’m not proud of doing it now.
