Friends of Chabad Raanana 501c3

Hi, my name is Ari and I'm part of the Chabad of Rannana community and family even though I live on the other side of the globe. I lived in Raanana for a year while going to college nearby and was welcomed to the local chabad house and treated like family and am still close with the Rabbis and other members of the synagogue.

 

The Rabbi, ha Rav Moshe Cohen asked me to help him raise tzedaka for the synagogue, he showed me construction plans that today have already begun to build condos above the building. The landlord offered us the option to buy and even expand to 500m with a elevator and mikvah. The total cost including the full remodel is 4 million dollars and 1.5 million has already been raised from donors and the city of Rannana.

 

The Rabbi didn't know where to turn to find more donors but he never gives up, so when I came by to visit he asked me about putting it on the internet... I'm the tech guy for the synagogue essentially, I built the Facebook page etc. So that's why I got the lucky job and am honored to raise tzedaka for such a holy cause.

 

Chabad of Raanana has changed my life and constantly goes out to find new people in the community of all ages and backgrounds to invite them to return to there heritage, come join in a mitzvah and feel at home.
