Caroline’s Memorial and End of Life Wishes

Hi, my name is Amy.

On Christmas Morning 2024 my best friend’s mum Caroline, was admitted to hospital and was told she has cancer in the Liver and Lungs. The cancer had spread rapidly and almost a week later my best friend (Eloise) was informed her mum was now stage 4 and would most likely, only have a few days/a week left to live and so Caroline was transferred to St Claire’s Hospice to live out her final days.

When Caroline was a student nurse she was wrongfully injected with an infected needle, this led to Caroline developing a virus known as Hepatitis C. The Hepatitis C is the known cause of Caroline’s cancer diagnosis.

Caroline’s husband Andrew has recently been diagnosed with FND, Functional Neurological Disorder. He is unable to work due to his condition and so

I have created this go fund me to give Caroline the beautiful send off she deserves and to offer support to Andrew and Eloise with the unexpected costs that have come with this shocking turn of events.

Caroline has always been a very generous, caring, loving friend and colleague to many but she’s also a proud mother and beautiful wife.
