Hello, my name is Amy. I am trying to raise money for my cousin Carlitos. Carlitos was born with cerebral palsy. He has undergone several procedures to help his quality of life. I asked for help on behalf of my family two years ago for operations on his legs. He was able to get the operation done on one leg in October 2023 and has since then gone through the healing process and physical therapy in preparation for the second surgery. It is now time to get surgery on his second leg. The remaining balance of this surgery is $6500. Again, insurance is not covering this in Mexico. My aunt and uncle are not ones to ask for a handout. They’ve been serving up meals to raise this money and have worked really hard in order to save up for my cousin’s operation. I’m asking for help on behalf of them because they have worked so hard to give Carlitos an easier life. Carlitos remains in great spirits despite everything he’s gone through. We are asking for donations to pay off the remainder of the surgery so my family is able to focus on Carlitos and his health. Any amount you’re willing to contribute will be greatly appreciated.
