I’d love to help the 20+ homeless cats in my neighborhood through TNR (Trap, Neuter, Return). They keep having kittens, and the population continues to grow, so I’m trying to get as many of them fixed and medically treated as possible. I’ve been feeding them every day, and I also have an Amazon wishlist linked with food and trapping supplies.
^^
How the TNR program works in my area:
• $99 per cat is required to help cover the cost of services. so sadly that would mean it's about $2,000 to help them all.
• I will have to trap them. I have traps listed on my amazon wish list.
Each cat will receive:
• Spay or neuter surgery
• Ear tip for identification
• FVRCP vaccine
• Rabies vaccine
• Selamectin treatment for fleas, roundworms, hookworms, heartworms, and ear mites and tapeworm treatment if needed
This will all be done through the friends of felines Spay/Neuter Program for feral and outdoor cats. Any support, donations, or shares would mean so much and directly help these cats live healthier lives.
