The K-dawg Krew needs your help. Their mom, Kelly Lawson, passed away from cancer almost 3 years ago. These dogs were her entire world. They meant everything to her. We made a promise to keep the dogs together and cared for. Kelly's brother, Michael, stepped up to take on the challenge of caring for 4 aging pitbulls.

Today, 7/1/25, we received the devastating news that Kibbull has cancer that has spread throughout her body. We will be keeping her comfortable until it is time to reunite her with her mom. In addition to this, Kanab has a growth on his eyelid that needs to be surgically removed. Also, Kadyn has ongoing medical needs due to severe allergies. Kismet is 15 and still spunky, but we know her time is limited too.

All of these bills are adding up to more than we can handle on our own. We are asking for everyone who knew and loved Kelly and the K-dawg Krew to pitch in so we can get them the help they all need. Kelly dedicated her life to animal welfare and advocating for those who have no voice, but she had a soft spot for pitbulls.
