Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out on behalf of my beautiful friend, Camryn O’Dell — a radiant 25-year-old from Upstate New York whose light, laughter, and love have touched everyone lucky enough to know her.

On April 11th of this year, Camryn was diagnosed with triple negative invasive ductal carcinoma, a rare and aggressive form of breast cancer. Since her diagnosis, she has already undergone surgery to place a port in her chest and recently began the first rounds of what will be a long and intense chemotherapy journey.

This diagnosis came as Camryn was in the middle of reshaping her future — after earning her Bachelor's in Hospitality and working as an event planner, she had just returned to school to pursue a new career path. But life had other plans.

Camryn is no stranger to health challenges. She’s dealt with a lifetime of GI issues, heart complications, and other serious conditions — and yet, she has never stopped smiling. Her sweet giggle is infectious, her optimism unwavering, and her love for others knows no bounds.

She’s a devoted daughter, sister, friend, and dog mom — her social media is filled with animal rescue stories and posts supporting local shelters. She’s also started a vlog to share her cancer journey, not just to update loved ones, but to inspire others through her honesty, strength, and positivity.

Camryn’s journey hasn’t been easy. After losing her father at a young age, she, her mother, and sister formed a tight-knit trio — three fierce, intelligent, and loving women who have lifted one another through every hardship. But now, they need our help.

Camryn will be out of work for at least a year as she undergoes treatment. These funds will go directly toward:
