Friends and Family:

As many know, Caleb was struck by a vehicle while on his motorcycle the evening of July 1st, causing multiple injuries and resulting in a pending amputation from below the knee down on the left side.

We are raising money for Caleb’s medical costs, that will extend well beyond the auto insurance claim. These funds will be used to help cover his multiple surgeries, hospital stay, rehabilitation facility stay, and prosthetics.
