As most of you know, last week, Caleb suffered a sudden and serious complication from his esophagus rupturing. He’s fighting hard and making progess everyday, but this has been a long and difficult road. Doctors predict he still has a couple weeks ahead in the hospital.

If you know Caleb, you know he’s as strong and stubborn as they come — a hardworking, blue-collar man who takes care of everyone else before himself. He’d never ask for help, but right now, he needs it.

Caleb’s wife, Lexi hasn’t left the hospital since this began. She and his family, have been right by his side every day, praying, advocating, and believing in his recovery. Caleb and Lexi’s little boy, Rhett, is being loved and cared for by family while Lexi focuses on Caleb. Everyone is doing everything they can to help, but being away from home and work for weeks at a time comes with heavy expenses and medical costs adds up fast.

We don’t want those bills to pile up while Caleb fights to heal. Our hope is that this fundraiser will help relieve that weight so Lexi can stay focused on Caleb’s healing and getting them back home to Rhett. We know that God is the ultimate healer and provider and remain trusting in him that Caleb will pull through this.
