Through our Mentorship Program, members are able to access a directory of qualified mentors and apply to engage in a variety of structured programs to further their career development. Our goal is to foster a community of like-minded, yet diverse, network of professionals to help and advance each others’ careers.

He's been rated the top engineer at that firm and we're confident in his abilities to develop a proprietary REPN Mentorship platform that will be reliable, scalable, and ultimately user-focused so that our members will have the best and most seamless experience possible. I've (Jonah) known Rafal for over 10 years personally and can vouch that he'll get the job done—knowing he'll cover all the bases, future-proof the platform, and provide ongoing support and new features as we develop them through our platform.
REPN Mentorship Program
The REPN Mentorship Program is designed to match a successful applicant to a mentor in a related industry. Through a variety of structured programs, each mentor/mentee pair is able to build a relationship through scheduled meetings as well as informal communications. The goal of the mentorship program is to facilitate meaningful discussion between the pair, while also encouraging and preparing the mentee to become a mentor in the future.

Becoming an REPN Mentor is a fulfilling experience—mentors provide guidance to each mentee, ultimately creating a relationship that benefits both parties as well as the overall network. Mentors are also featured to recruiters and often times selected to participate in panels covering industry, career, and future outlook.
