Hey everyone! First of all, I hate that I'm on here again after another 5 years in business, but your friendly neighborhood chef needs some help with a new project. First 5 years in Nassau Bay... Last 5 years in Seabrook, now we're moving to a new location that will make our little cafe truly something special for years to come. When we moved to the current location it was a dream come true, bigger location, bigger kitchen, more staff, more revenue, but after 5 years I realize that I could care less for more. I want to downsize my cafe back to what it was truly meant to be... a small mom and pops location where when you walk in it feels like your walking into my Grandma Viola's house at 4 pm on a Sunday when lunch was ready at 2pm but Pastor didnt want to let us leave church on time It was always a special feeling being in that kitchen with her even as a kid I knew I had a great family and I want everyone to feel that when they come to the new location. I absolutely hate asking for help but I figured just give it a shot because the renovations have been wayyyyy more then I could have imagined. I believe if we can get to the finish line we will have on of the most unique, loving, beautiful restuarant spaces from Galveston to Conroe.

The project has turned into a much bigger move than I anticipated. I've put just about everything I have saved over the years and more to get the new location ready to go, but the electrical systems and plumbing have given us major setbacks. Every penny we raise through this will go into the new building.

When I started this venture in 2014 I was a young man who drank too much, thought I knew everything, and just overall a very immature boy. Now, after over 10 years of running my own business I have grown up to be a very loving, caring, and happy man.
