My name is Julie Farmer and I am a native Chillicothian. About four years ago, I developed stage four COPD. I am now on continuous oxygen. Two months ago, I had two rounds of pneumonia and one case of COVID. I was in the hospital and then rehab at the nursing home, but because of the weakness in my legs, I can no longer climb the stairs in my house.

I have volunteers to help build the ramp; but not the money for the supplies. I'm asking all my friends, family, and neighbors to please donate to my cause.
