Donate to Brody Mundy's Healing and Family Needs

On November 26th, my sister Tana's boyfriend, Brody Mundy, was in a serious car accident in Russell County. Brody was stopped, waiting to turn left when a car came up behind him, hitting him at 55 mph. The impact from behind pushed Brody forward in front of the path of an oncoming vehicle, causing him to then be hit on the driver's side. Thankfully, Brody was alive but did have some serious injuries. He had to have 2 ft of his intestines removed, a fractured wrist, and his left tibia broke. Unfortunately, Brody didn’t have health insurance.

As you can imagine, this has put a major strain on their family this close to the holidays. Many of you know, Brody came into this family welcoming Tana's other 3 children with open arms. I have seen firsthand the relationship that he has built with these kids. He is a wonderful guy that didn’t think twice about starting a relationship with a woman who already had children. Not only does he treat Presley, Hadley, and Finn as his own, but Tana and he will be welcoming their first child soon.

Since they have been together and have started to build their family, they just recently moved into a new home. Brody was the primary provider within the household, and he is obviously unable to work for several months while his body heals. Since the accident has unexpectedly occurred, they are finding themselves stressed trying to figure out how to pay rent, pay for medical bills, prepare for a new baby, and still try to have a great Christmas for the kids.
