A few weeks ago, I suffered a serious shoulder injury that has completely changed my life. The pain and limited movement have made it impossible for me to work, and I’m now facing mounting medical bills on top of my regular living expenses like rent and utilities.

I’ve always tried to handle things on my own, but this setback has been overwhelming — physically, emotionally, and financially.
