My name is Chastity Abrams and I am starting this GoFundMe for my sister, Brandy Lewis. All of these medical issues started back in February. What started out as blood clots developed into several months of new medical problems, such as a stroke which took her peripheral vision in both eyes, stopping her from being able to drive, to migraines and dizziness. Ovarian and endometrial cancer was found, resulting in a full hysterectomy. They also found a hole in her heart which let the blood clot get to her brain, causing the stroke. She is getting ready to start chemo treatments and still has to go in for heart surgery. She never dreamed any of this would come up on her. She only has short-term disability and it's about to end at the end of this month. She has started applying for disability, but they told her if it was approved, it wouldn't even start until December, and it's not even going to cover half of what she was making from her job. They still have bills to pay every month and still have to survive. Show her some love by helping out as you can. We truly appreciate everything and greatly appreciate your prayers.
