Brandy has been out of work for several months and is currently back in the hospital. She has HAE, which is a rare disease, which has been debilitating to her.

The friends and family of Brandy Anderson humbly ask for your support. Brandy has two beautiful daughters and is a healthcare provider in Hardy, Arkansas, where she also lives. Brandy has been dealing with a serious medical issue for the past 10 years, but in the past four years, her symptoms have become much more severe. Brandy has been diagnosed with type 3 HAE, alpha-gal, IgA deficiency, and MCAS. Brandy is undergoing surgery at the end of the month to hopefully help with some of the symptoms that relate to HAE type 3.

Hereditary angioedema (HAE) is a rare disease, which has been debilitating and potentially life-threatening. It can cause painful, unpredictable attacks of swelling that can happen at any time in different parts of the body. Type 3 is the least understood and is more severe.

Brandy has been in and out of ERs and hospitals repeatedly in the last 2 years. With no cure, she is left to rely on rescue medications, and these take a huge toll on her as well. She has been unable to maintain work, as you can imagine, and may soon also lose her healthcare.
