Hi, my name is Brandon, and I’ve had a dream in my heart since I was a kid — to live on my own land, raise animals, grow our own food, and build a safe, peaceful place for my family to call home.

I grew up caring for animals and growing vegetables, and I’ve never lost that love for the land. Now that I have a wife and young children, this dream feels more important than ever. We want to create a homestead in the Manor/Elgin/Taylor area of Texas — a place where we can raise our kids surrounded by nature, teach them self-reliance, and share what we grow with our community.

This isn’t just about us. We want our homestead to be a place where neighbors can learn about gardening, raising animals, and sustainable living. We want to open our gates for community cookouts, faith gatherings, and helping families who need fresh, healthy food.

Why I Need Help

Land and a simple home together will cost around $450,000. We’ve found USDA programs that can help with loans, but we need funds for the down payment, closing costs, and startup basics like fencing, seeds, and shelter for animals.

With a credit score that’s been hurt by past struggles, I can’t do this alone. But I believe that with community support — even small donations — we can turn this dream into reality.
