Many of you know my son Branden and know he has type 1 diabetes. Branden has been battling with his health since he was 18 and has had many complications. Branden works but has no health insurance and no paid time off or vacation pay. Branden was admitted to the hospital in July with a very serious case of double pneumonia and was admitted. We are working on getting Branden some type of insurance and help, but in the meantime, Branden has been out of work and behind on bills and also in need of seeing a couple of different follow-up appointments because his A1C is 11, and he is having vision problems and several other health problems related to the diabetes.
