Hello, my name is Bonnie, and some of you may know the recent life changes I have gone through, and some may not. Here is a short version of the story.

Back in May, I went into the hospital for what was supposed to be a simple bypass procedure in my left leg. After several attempts and many complications, I was forced to make the difficult decision to amputate my left leg. This whole thing led me to remain hospitalized for about two and a half months.

The adjustment to my new lifestyle has been very tough. Those who know me know I am a very hyper and independent person. Being stuck in bed or a wheelchair all day has changed everything for me. I am no longer as independent as I want to be; I can no longer work or enjoy activities with my kids and grandkids. All of the medical bills that have come with this are very overwhelming, as well as normal day-to-day bills.

I don't want much in life but to be able to help my husband with these expenses I have caused would be what I ask for. I am asking anyone who is able to donate, please do. Any help is greatly appreciated. Hopefully, I will get back to being more of myself soon!
