My name is Bona, a determined kid, full of hope and perseverance.

My story begins in Ethiopia where I was born. I was adopted but later abandoned at the age of 16 years old. I have been on my own throughout high school, and recently achieved success in running.

My dream and hope is to attend University of New Mexico to further my studies and run track.

My dream will not be possible without help from well wishers in the community. I am asking for your donations to pay for my college expenses
