Update:

Momma is at a stage 2. It is in her throat, thyroid, left lung, and in one of her arms. Doctor said she will have to do chemo every 21 days. The day after chemo she will have to go back for an injection. He said she will also have to take a pill. He said after every chemo she will have to take 2 pills for 5 days.

She will have to do 6 rounds of chemo. He will do a PET scan after 3 treatments and again after the 6th treatment. He said that will show if the treatment is working.

He said momma will lose her hair. He also highly suggested that she wear a mask once treatment starts because her immune system will be depleted.

If you have ever met my momma Blair then you know she would do anything at all to help you or anybody else for that matter. She would give the shirt off her back for a stranger. If you need anything she is always your go to person.

Well momma needs us at this time.

The end of last year she started have some health issues. She was always cold, nails were very fragile and her hair was falling out by the handful. Doctors said she was anemic. She received an iron infusion and started on daily iron supplements. Nothing seemed to changed with her issues.

This summer momma woke up with a small ball in her throat. It felt like about the size of an olive. Today it feels like about the size of an egg. Momma has had an ultrasound done on it and she is patiently waiting for the results. (Today has been 14 days.. so hopefully it comes back this week!) We are 99% sure they will have to go in and surgically remove the lump.

If you know momma you know she stresses about EVERYTHING! So momma is stressing about the financial side of things. If you have it in your heart to give please do so. If you financially can’t we will gladly accept any and all prayers at this time!
