I'm Bill. On March 12, I was injured at my job. Subsequently, I will be having to have reverse shoulder replacement. Our workers' comp carrier has denied my claim even though it was witnessed by other employees. Currently, I am filing an appeal through the industrial commission. I have all but exhausted reserves and have an extended recovery coming after surgery in September. I have never asked for a handout but a hand up until I get back to work from this, I cannot Currently return to work .
