After Gavin’s tumor removal in 2021 he seemed to have a full recovery. Early 2025 he started experiencing headaches more frequently and in the more recent months he started to have dizzy spells.

He was hospitalized in June after a collapse on a work sight. All tests came back inconclusive and we proceeded with caution. It was chalked up to heat exhaustion. We had upcoming optical appointments made and an MRI on the schedule when Gavin collapsed again, with seizures.

July 29th he was admitted into the neuro ICU with multiple 10 minute long seizures back to back. The last seizure stopped his breathing and he was intubated. He was put into immediate emergency surgery to place a catheter in his brain to drain the fluid that was causing the seizures.

The first surgery was successful, but there is a long road ahead with more surgeries planned.

While we continue to figure out what health issues are plaguing Gavin, we ask that you please help us raise funds for Gavin’s medical expenses.
