My daughter was born with moderate microcephaly and dying brain cells. She has been in and out of the hospital for all of her short 7-month life. Since her first hospital admission when she was less than 2 weeks old, more medical issues keep developing. She has been fighting to stay alive, with her health declining, her body losing function, and bad, uncurable medical conditions arising. She has a mitochondrial disease that causes her muscles to degenerate making her weaker by the day. Her doctor has told us to keep her comfortable until her time comes. Anything helps.
