Our sweet baby Jack is just four months old and has already faced more challenges than most of us will in a lifetime.

Jack has been struggling with developmental delays and failure to thrive, and his journey recently took a serious turn. After weeks of concern and testing, he endured a 13-day hospital stay, where teams of specialists worked tirelessly to uncover the cause of his condition. He underwent MRIs, CT scans, extensive bloodwork, and genetic testing—and while doctors suspect a genetic component, many of the results remain pending or inconclusive.

Despite their best efforts, Jack continues to face an uphill battle.

He now requires a feeding tube, as he recently began aspirating during bottle-feeding. In addition to around-the-clock care at home, Jack has multiple appointments each week with specialists including:

• Gastroenterology

• Cranial and physical therapy

• Feeding therapists

• Nutritionists

We are doing everything we can to give Jack the love, support, and medical care he needs. But the financial burden is overwhelming, and growing by the day. Between hospital bills, specialist visits, medical equipment, and the time needed to provide full-time care at home, we’re reaching out for help.
