RC has been a pillar in the local defense community. He has contributed time, knowledge, laughter, handcrafted pens, and friendship. As his retirement nears, in lieu of a huge send-off hoorah, we would like to contribute to one of his favorite non-profit organizations on his behalf.... ASPCA.
