This fundraiser is dedicated to supporting a courageous young woman, Aria, who has faced the heavy weight of depression for most of her life. Despite the emotional toll, she continues to fight for her well-being every single day. While balancing school and doing face painting and side work to stay afloat, and to work towards her goal of earning a degree, she recently took a brave step toward healing by adopting a puppy from a local shelter, Walnut — turning her long-time dream of having a service animal into a reality. Animals have always brought her a unique kind of joy: they help her get outdoors, stay active, and find a sense of companionship that words can’t quite capture.

Now, she needs help to continue this journey. The puppy she adopted has the potential to become a fully trained service animal, but the costs of training and veterinary care are more than she can manage alone. This fundraiser will go directly toward the training necessary to transform her pup into a supportive companion, as well as cover essential vet bills to keep her furry friend healthy and thriving.
