Hi, my name is Suzanne Redd. I have a dear friend, Ariane Christine Guillen who in this past month and a half has suffered a near-death experience due to some health issues. She is also completely blind. During this time she was in the ICU for about a week. Ariane was so heartbroken because her fiancé, John, broke off their engagement on the fourth day she was in the ICU. Ariane had 2 emergency surgeries and diabetic complications. We came so close to losing her. Praise God, she is still with us! Currently, she is recovering at a skilled nursing facility and trying really hard to regain her strength while still healing from her surgeries. At the same time, her doctors are trying to get her blood sugar under control. Every day Ariane is in so much pain but no matter what, she always tries to be so strong and has a beautiful smile on her face.

I'm sure you can imagine the expenses that have occurred during this time. If you can, please help. We would love to raise several thousand dollars to help cover expenses beyond what Medicaid and Medicare will not cover. Every dollar donated is a step closer to helping her get the best care possible and to help her financially.
