Donate to ARCH: Transform Lives Affected by Aphasia

Tax deductible
Almost 9 years ago, on the morning of May 31, 2016, I suffered a stroke at the end of my junior year of high school. I was diagnosed with aphasia, which is a neurological condition that impairs a person's language and negatively affects their ability to comprehend, write, read, and speak in a normal manner. Since then, I have been grateful to make a full recovery, attend and play college football at Dartmouth College, become a member of the New England College football coaching staff, and be a few months away from earning a Master's in Business Administration degree concentrated with Sports & Recreation Management.

Suffering a stroke has become a part of me, and it has made me stronger in every step of my life. The trials, tribulations, and adversity that I experienced from the event taught me valuable life lessons that have aided me and will continue to do so forever. I am stronger because of what happened almost 9 years ago. I want anyone who has faced the same adversity, similar situations, or any medical hardship to not be broken down by this, but rather built up and become better because of their experience.

I want to help to spread stroke and aphasia awareness and raise money to donate to the Aphasia Resource Collaboration Hub. ARCH works to provide victims of aphasia with the necessary resources and help to recover and live a life that they can be proud of without the worry of their experience defining or limiting them. Please support and donate to this amazing, inspiring, and life-changing organization.
