Apple Blossom Village is located in Bemidji, Minnesota and serves over 200 local children each year with it's Nature School, Summer Camps, and Family Programs and Events. Apple Blossom is a small micro-school and the only Forest School or Land Based School in Bemidji, MN. We are a private organization, depending on tuition and fees paid by parents to attend our programs. We keep our tuition and fees as affordable as we can, which leaves us with a very small operating budget. For this reason we need your help to continue our work into the future.

Our Mission is to create joy-filled experiences in the outdoors that cultivate connection with nature and bring wellbeing of mind, body, and spirit. We believe creating deep connections to nature and getting outside in all kinds of weather improve lifelong health and wellness and develop stewards of the earth for the future.

We model care for the earth and all living beings, teaching with a head, heart, and hands method, honoring the whole child.

Our goal with this fundraiser is to create more accessibility to our programs through a Scholarship Fund dedicated to People of Color and those with Financial Need to further compliment the Indigenous Scholarship Fund that was set up for us by the Nibi Center in White Earth.

Our goal is to raise $4500 to go into an account so that Apple Blossom has a source of funding to offer additional scholarships for the 2025/26 school year to anyone in need that believes in our philosophy and would like to attend. This amount covers 1 full scholarship or 2 partial scholarships for one year. Thank you for supporting our work! Dacia
