Help Antonio Recover from Cancer Surgery and Regain His Health.

Hi everyone,

Antonio Lau; I never imagined I'd be in a position where I'd have to ask for help, but life has taken an unexpected turn for me. About two months ago, I was diagnosed with malignant neoplasm of ascending colon cancer, and on August 12th, I had to undergo urgent surgery to remove the tumor. While my insurance has covered a good portion of the medical expenses, there are still many costs that aren’t covered, like post-surgery therapy, medication, transportation, food, and other living expenses.

As some of you may know, I’m self-employed, and this situation has completely drained my savings. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to work for more than a month, and my doctors estimate that my recovery will take at least another 6 to 8 weeks before I can get back on my feet and return to work. On top of this, I’ve recently discovered I have an H. Pylori infection that requires more medication and care.

I’m reaching out to you for financial support during this difficult time. I’m hoping to raise at least $10,000 to help cover my post-surgery treatments, daily expenses like food, insurance, rent, transportation, etc. (as I can’t drive myself), and to stay on top of bills and payments that have piled up. Every little bit helps, and your generosity will make a huge difference in my recovery process.

This has been one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to face, both physically and emotionally. I've lost nearly 15 lbs. since the surgery, and while I’m doing everything I can to stay strong, I need your support to get through this.

Ayuda a Antonio a recuperarse de una cirugía por cáncer y recuperar su salud

Antonio Lau; Nunca imaginé que estaría en una posición en la que tendría que pedir ayuda, pero la vida me ha dado un giro inesperado. Hace aproximadamente dos meses me diagnosticaron con un cáncer maligno en el colon ascendente, y el 12 de agosto tuve que someterme a una cirugía urgente para extraer el tumor. Aunque mi seguro ha cubierto una buena parte de los gastos médicos, todavía hay muchos costos que no están cubiertos, como la terapia postoperatoria, medicamentos, transporte, alimentos y otros gastos de subsistencia.

Como algunos de ustedes saben, soy trabajador independiente, y esta situación ha agotado por completo mis ahorros. Lamentablemente, no he podido trabajar durante más de un mes, y mis médicos estiman que mi recuperación tomará al menos otras 6 a 8 semanas antes de que pueda volver a estar de pie y regresar al trabajo. Además de esto, recientemente descubrí que tengo una infección estomacal por H. Pylori, que requiere más medicamentos y cuidados.

Estoy pidiendo su apoyo financiero durante este tiempo tan difícil. Espero recaudar al menos $10,000 para cubrir mis tratamientos postoperatorios, los gastos diarios como alimentos, seguro de salud, alquiler, transporte, etc. (ya que no puedo conducir yo mismo), y para ponerme al día con las facturas y pagos que se han acumulado.
