Donate to Antonio Watkins' Battle for Recovery
Donation protected
Hello everyone! My name is Jenifer and I’m Antonio Watkins God mother. Antonio has been in Vanderbilt University Medical Center for 3 weeks now after being diagnosed with leukemia at the very young age of 23. He has undergone chemo and 2 bone marrow transplants to date. He was doing so well and fighting hard to get out of the hospital, back to his daughter and back to living the very long life that he still has ahead of him. Unfortunately, last Thursday, he took a turn for the worse. He’s now in ICU where he’s on a ventilator and heavily sedated. As you all know, the responsibility of bills keep on going. He has a family and daughter at home that need him and I’d like to help keep things going there as well. His mother has taken FMLA from work so that she can be with him. I’m asking anyone that can donate to please do so in order to keep his truck payment, insurance and other bills of his paid while he’s continuing to fight, as well as when he goes home to recover. I’m also wanting to be able to help his mom while she’s up here with him. This is where she needs to be and not worried about work. We know the Lord has His hand on him and we believe Antonio “Tone” will continue to BATTLE like he always has, like his Coach has always told him to! He has a long road ahead of him and his family would appreciate any help and especially, PRAYERS! Thank you all in advance.
