Baby Anthony was born in April 2025 with Early Infantile Epileptic Encephalopathy. He has been in the NICU since birth. With the help of friends , family and the community, Anthony has been accepted to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. This is the best children’s hospital in the country. His parents Jackie Rocco Troiano and Anthony Troiano have fought tirelessly to get him the best care. Since they have moved to Philadelphia to be by baby Anthony’s side, we are humbly asking for help with Anthony’s medical expenses and living expenses.
