Meet the Harris family - Dad Kolton, Mom Anna, Kason, Kole, Sophia, Cameron, newest addition Ellianna - who graced the world 6 weeks before her due date this summer, and is a rainbow baby after her sister Karly joined Jesus 7 years ago. They are a family who loves sports, are incredibly involved in the LaPoynor community and active members at Sand Springs Church in Athens.

On August 4th, Anna was admitted in the hospital with extreme stomach pain. She had frequently visited the emergency room since having her Ellianna, but she soon found herself with a life-threatening blood clot that caused her small intestine to die. Family was called in and Anna was given only 2-12 hours to live. But God had other plans for the Harris family. Since that night, countless miracles have taken place in the lives of the Harris family and in Anna that put her in the position to receive a small intestine implant in Cleveland.

In the coming weeks, Anna will need to travel to Cleveland to prepare for her operation & recovery, while Kolton tends to the home and care of their 5 children, as well as be available for Anna. She is currently resting & getting care from home while gaining strength to travel to Cleveland. When Anna has her operation, Kolton will take FMLA leave to be with her in the coming months of her recovery where she will have to stay in Cleveland for several months of close monitoring. This fundraiser will help provide the Harris family the funds they will need for medical and travel expenses, food, nanny care, and other needs that may arise during this time.
