Support Angie—A Brave Mother of 3 Fighting Breast Cancer

Hi, my name is Tracey, and I’m writing this on behalf of my best friend, Angie—a loving mother of three beautiful daughters, a fierce friend, and one of the strongest women I know.

Earlier this year, Angie received devastating news: she was diagnosed with breast cancer for the second time. Since then, her world has been turned upside down. Between medical appointments, biopsies, scans, and starting treatment, she’s had to stay strong not just for herself—but for her three girls who look up to her every single day.

Angie has always been the kind of woman who puts everyone else first. She’s the kind of mom who stays up late helping with school projects, the kind of friend who shows up with a meal (or a smile) when you need it most. She gives her heart without hesitation, and now it’s time for us to give back to her.

Why We’re Asking for Help

While Angie fights for her life, she’s also fighting to stay afloat financially. Cancer doesn’t pause life’s bills. The cost of treatment, transportation, time off work, and basic living expenses have started to add up quickly. Angie is doing everything she can—but she shouldn’t have to do it alone.

Your donation will go directly toward:

• Chemotherapy and double mastectomy with reconstruction
• Transportation to and from medical appointments
• Mortgage, Monthly bills, and essentials for her and her daughters
• Support during recovery, wellness, comfort items, DoorDash. Instacart, home cleaning, yard clean up

A Mother’s Strength, A Friend’s Love

Angie’s greatest role is being a mother. Her daughters are her whole world, and everything she does is for them. Watching her show up for them—through pain, exhaustion, and uncertainty—has been nothing short of inspiring.

As her best friend, I want to take even just one burden off her shoulders. I’ve created this GoFundMe to remind her—and her girls—that she’s not alone.

How You Can Help

If you feel moved to support, please consider donating—any amount helps more than you know. And if you’re unable to give financially, sharing this fundraiser with your network means the world.

Let’s rally behind Angie with love, prayers, and support. She’s facing one of the hardest battles of her life—but with your help, she won’t have to face it alone.

This fundraiser was created to bring in financial resources for Angie and her family. This being the second time she’s gone through treatment and the first time the cost was close to 30k even with insurance. Her and her family are still recovering financially from that hit. Money should never be barrier in receiving care that your life depends on, this is why it is so important to donate any amount and share the link with others.

We are in a time where everyone is struggling financially. None of us are able to make a large donation, but I want to ask for any amount of a donation. Everything helps, especially if it’s a group effort.

Angie is currently scheduled for surgery on 10/7, donations will go towards her cost share for surgery that is around 5500-6000. Donations will also go towards current treatments, lab work, and imaging that Angie is currently having to pay of pocket anywhere from 100-250 a visit every week. Donations will also go towards her post op care, helping with household bills and living expenses while she is out of work recovering as disability only pays 60% and she has no paid time off at this time.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for standing beside my best friend.

With love and hope,
Tracey
