typed by angela "2 weeks ago Mallory made a late night face book post asking for someone to help her take in a rescue dog that needed emergency attention due to starvation and may not survive the night.I offered to help her. She returned to my house at 3am to give him to me. I'm beyond inspired by her love and devotion to save animals. I have to give her all the reconnection because she is the reason this dog is alive 2 weeks later. She arrived at my house at 3am with this dog beyond survival. Make me cry when she opened her back truck door and seeing his condition. Only his eyes could move ,looking up to say thankyou. We carried him to my kennel that I prepared for him. I didn't think he could survive the night, but he did. I have posted his journey in 2 weeks. He was seen at the vet when they opened the next morning, weighed 34lbs when a American Hound should be 60-70lbs, received alot of medications and will be seen 2x week for more treatment. So much neglect to list. 2 ladies from the original FB post has donated dog food, and help with my veterinary cost. Just a beautiful team of loving people have bonded to save him. His name is Baron, because his all legs like Tumps son. Lol. I know the first week of pics are sad to see but the following week of pictures/videos shows his progress and he is go gental, grateful and sweet"
