Hello Friends & Family. My mother Andrea is 57 years old, and was diagnosed 6 months ago with a very aggressive stage 4 cancer. She has been in the hospital now for 2 weeks due to becoming extremely septic. Her leg has become completely clotted due to the tumor in her stomach growing at a very rapid pace. At this time, it is inoperable because the mass has become intertwined with her lymph node chain, nerves, and now has spread to her lungs and liver. She is fighting every day to push herself through.

Unfortunately, she has no income at this time and is waiting for disability to be approved. She has run out of savings and needs help financially to pay her bills to keep a roof over my 15-year-old sister's head. The bills are piling up, and with no income, my last-ditch effort is to reach out to friends and family for help. I recently lost my job due to needing to leave NY and help my mom in AZ. I, unfortunately, am in the same boat as my mom now. I've run through my savings paying for rental cars, gas to get her to and from different hospitals, plane tickets, and motels. I am waiting for my unemployment to come through; however, most of us know how long the system for anything like this can take. Bottom line is bills are piling up on top of medical expenses for my family. If you or a friend or someone you know are able to help financially, even just a little bit, it would be greatly appreciated, more than I can put into words.
