My name is Andrea Campbell. Last May, I was diagnosed with end stage Renal failure. I've been placed on dialysis and are need of a kidney transplant. I'm currently out of work due to my condition and is raising money for my kidney transplant journey. I will have to travel to Atlanta, GA (Piedmont), in order to receive a kidney . I'm currently in the beginning stages of my journey, of having various testing done and trying to find a donor . This whole process is very trying and I'm asking for you love, support and financial backing.
