Hey family and friends! Ally is participating in her first year of FFA and has just purchased her first-ever sheep, named Miranda LAMBert! She has created a budget for all of the costs associated with raising and training her sheep, which includes the purchase price, feed and hay, shavings, blankets and leg wraps, the shelter, harnesses and training equipment, a shaving table, and sheers. Ally has also been selected to attend two upcoming FFA conferences with her high school FFA team to strengthen her training and leadership skills. The cost of these trips has also been added as a business cost to Ally’s business plan for the year. She has saved quite a bit of money to put towards these efforts, however, she could definitely use some help!
