Hi, my name is Adrienne, and I’m starting this GoFundMe to help a dear friend of mine, Alexander Umali Atos, who is currently battling bone cancer in the Philippines.

Alex was first diagnosed in 2019 and has undergone intense treatment, including chemotherapy, radiation, blood and platelet transfusions. Recently, his condition has worsened—he is now being treated for pulmonary edema and continues to need chemotherapy and other urgent medical care at Alabang Medical Center in Montillano.

Due to the severity of his illness, Alex has sadly lost his job and is no longer able to support himself. The medical costs are overwhelming, and his family is struggling to keep up with the expenses for medications, hospital bills, and other necessary treatments.

I created this fundraiser because I truly believe that no one should fight cancer alone—especially not without the means to access proper care. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will go directly to Alex’s treatment and recovery.
