Ajay Kumar Sathri's Surgery and Recovery

Hello everyone,

My name is Giridhar Manepalli, and I am writing on behalf of my dear friend, Ajay Kumar Sathri. Ajay is from Denton, Texas, and a proud graduate of the University of North Texas. Currently on an F1 Visa, Ajay has always been a kind, hardworking, and resilient individual.

Unfortunately, on January 11th, Ajay was involved in a severe car accident while driving home. According to the police report, the accident occurred when a deer unexpectedly came out of nowhere, causing Ajay to swerve and crash. The impact resulted in significant injuries, including fractures in both legs and internal bleeding in his small intestine, which required immediate emergency surgery. Despite his incredible strength, Ajay still faces multiple surgeries and a long road to recovery.

This unexpected event has placed an immense financial burden on Ajay, and I am reaching out to ask for your help. Your support—no matter the amount—will help cover the extensive medical expenses, including surgeries, treatments, and rehabilitation, and give him the strength to focus on his recovery.

**Medical Update**

**1. Emergency Abdominal Surgery**

- **Reason for Surgery:** Internal bleeding in his stomach was identified.

**2. Surgery for Broken Legs**

- **Left Leg:** Stabilized with internal needles to repair fractures.

- **Right Leg:** External needles and screws were used to fix the fractures, which will remain in place temporarily.

**3. Upcoming Surgery for Hip Support**

- **Timeline:** Scheduled later this week.

- **Purpose:** To provide additional stabilization and support to his hips.
