I am sharing this for the benefit of my best friend and her children after the unexpected loss of their father. This week, I watched my beautiful friend tell my young nephews that their daddy is an angel. Logan and Lucas's life has been turned upside down, and their little broken hearts are devastated.

Aimee is a selfless mother and this sudden and untimely passing of Logan and Lucas's father comes with a ton for her to navigate on her own. Logan is turning 10 in a couple of weeks, and Lucas is 8. The boys are left with immense grief after losing their daddy. Logan has special needs. Aimee's oldest son, Justin, is 18 and living at home. He is also grieving the loss of his stepfather.

Aimee has significant challenges ahead that will include the cost association of raising her boys on her own. She's a loving mother and will work hard to provide for and emotionally support her little boys, but the financial burden is significant for her to face alone.
